1. Review, Analyze, Enroll

Review, analyze and discuss your debt and debt management history.

During our initial consultation, we’ll review in detail, your three credit reports and focus on finding identifying items that are irregular, unsubstantiated or overly aged. Additionally, we’ll discuss the needs and preferences relating to your debt management habits; past habits and future habits.

2. Action Plan Submission

Submit a plan of actionable items to you with our recommendations.

The result of the credit report review and analysis will be the recommendation of a plan of actionable items. You may choose to have us work with you on this plan or you may choose to work on this plan yourself.

3. Campaign Launch

Putting the plan into action; preparing notice(s).

Now the real work begins. We’ll begin prioritizing the actionable items and preparing first round notices to your credit bureaus and/or creditors as necessary for each item’s circumstances.

4. Response Review

Receipt and review of bureau and creditor responses; fine tune for the next round.

The typical waiting period for credit bureau and creditor responses is 30 days so we look for these responses to arrive between 30 and 45 days from the notice date. Once received, we’ll review and decide how to respond based on the contents of the responses. Repeating this step for some or all of the items of dispute may be necessary depending on the bureau and creditor responses.

5. Stay On Track

Stay on top of your creditworthiness and let inVIVO for lifesm do the rest.

While the item dispute work is being done, we’ll continue to work with you on making any necessary adjustments to your current debt load; much of this will come from the recommendations we made in the first step. Once you successfully make it past your first month of service, your inVIVO for lifesm lifetime membership will activate.
