Our clients are protected with the inVIVO credit Performance Money Back Guarantee (the “Guarantee”). Our Performance Money Back Guarantee DOES NOT guarantee you will achieve maximum creditworthiness strength during the first 120 days; it DOES guarantee during the first 120 days of service, you should see progress in the strengthening of your creditworthiness either by having at least one (“1”) questionable negative item deleted or an increase in your credit score. If you contract with inVIVO credit for creditworthiness building services, and after 120 days of service: You do not see either, at least one (“1”) questionable negative item deleted or, an increase in your credit score, you will be entitled to a full refund (subject to the terms and conditions set forth by clicking the button below).

The inVIVO credit Performance Money Back Guarantee will be subject to you strictly complying with the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility for a refund does not start until day 121 and you must notify inVIVO credit of your dissatisfaction no later than the third (“3rd”) business day following your first 120 days of service (for example, if day 121 of your service falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, you will have until 11:59 pm on the first and following Wednesday to communicate your dissatisfaction after which, your dispute case will be opened and reviewed).
- You have neither used a credit repair/credit consulting agency nor attempted to repair your own credit at least 1 year prior to signing up for inVIVO credit service.
- Cancellation of service or failure to pay for service at any time during the 120 day period will render this Guarantee void.
- You do not create, cause or have any new derogatory trade lines added to your credit report after the commencement of your inVIVO credit service.
- You have been an active client of our service for no less than 120 consecutive days.
- You have made all payments due and owing to inVIVO credit, per this agreement, by the due dates.
- You have agreed to send and have sent to inVIVO credit (via email and fax), all updated reports/responses from all three credit bureaus and creditors, within five (“5”) days of receipt.
- You have made us aware if and when updated reports/responses have not been received from all three credit bureaus and creditors within 35 to 45 days of their send date.
- You have sent to inVIVO credit (via email and fax), proof of your identity such as a copy of driver’s license and copy of social security card within five (“5”) days of the effective date of this agreement.
- You agree to give inVIVO credit thirty (“30”) days from the date you have requested a refund to allow inVIVO credit adequate time to review your credit bureaus and audit your account to verify that no negative items have been removed from your account and to ascertain the reason for this occurring.
If after the first 120 days of service, you opt to continue as an inVIVO credit client, the Guarantee expires.
