inVIVO financial is looking for qualified candidates to serve inVIVO financial as Customer Relationship Specialists (CRSs). These CRSs are critical members of our company’s long-term growth with their primary responsibility being a champion of the inVIVO for lifesm lifetime membership program. They are energetic, confident and passionate about helping our valued clients maximize the benefits of their membership. This role will entail on-the-fly critical thinking to address any issues or problems that may come up for our clients. Additionally, the CRS will introduce and offer new products and services to our clients.

A successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Exercising a high degree of genuine patience and resilience in your response to and your engagement of, our client concerns.
  • Solving complex problems in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Being skilled at conflict resolution, product and service up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Creating and documenting new processes.
  • Having outstanding organizational skills and maintaining detailed client records as they relate client interactions.

For this position you will need:

  • To be a good listener with natural curiosity.
  • To be comfortable working remotely and without supervision.

  • A basic understanding of data entry software and applications.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or another related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role (sales, account management, customer service). Exceptions apply to college interns.

  • To be flexible with your work schedule.
